Default Whiplash treatment

A year ago I met with a car accident in Mississauga. I had a spine injury. I underwent two surgeries to cure it.
After that, it was a task for me to do my daily works without someone's help. I suffered from severe lower back pain as an after effect. To cure it as per my doc's prescription I have been through continuous whiplash physiotherapy treatment. After the six months of the therapy, I relived from my suffering and stopped the therapy. It was my decision even though my therapist wanted me to continue it.
I've moved to Vancouver now, last day I slipped from the stairs. Now I have slight back pain. So I'm afraid as I have a spine injury past! The pain is bearable, but it is not going away! What can I do now?? I feel drained and very emotional.

I think you should take a break. Physical injury often leads to stress. You need to escape from everyday life, watch football or basketball, spend time in good company. Try to analyze sports matches using https://777score.ke You can start making money by betting. It doesn't require physical effort and will give you confidence in the future.
