For months the little picture at the bottom left hand corner of program synopsis (metadata) was missing. In it's place a generic black and white photo. About two weeks all the pictures were back and all was right with the world.
Suddenly today (February 25) they're all gone again, replaced with the generic black and white photo. What happened? I asked TELUS about this on Twitter but as far as they're concerned, if everything else is good the picture doesn't matter.
Sure this is a small thing and only aesthetic but the guide just looks better with the program photo.
Not sure what posting here will accomplish but maybe other users feel the same way.
