BYOD discount.

Rogers' discount is 10% off/month on their call package, but I can get a GS4 mini from them on a 2 year contract for 50 dollars, plus monthly fee This means that after 2 years on contract, I'd have paid the equivalent of 110 dollars towards the phone and would now own it? I thought it was...
