New iPad Air - which network provider do you suggest

I am thinking of upgrading from iPad 2 to new Air. I have the 32gb AT&T model - back then there was only two options. Now TMO and Sprint models are available. Wifi is usually always available so I seldom use 3G [or LTE now] -- during the last few hurricanes, knowing power would be out, subscribed...
