Telus Fiber Instalation

Hi, Telus is currently installing their Fiber network in my neighborhood and on my property. I would like to contact someone regarding damages to my property by their contractors. does anybody know who I would contact? I have tried the generic customer service, however they do not know who to contact. I have been lied to about the entire process and am not happy with the service they have given me thus far and now they damaged my fence and tried to deny it. if anyone can please help, it would be greatly appreciated.
