creating a logo for the company

Hello everyone. I know that the task of creating a logo for the company is better handled by a designer, but my last experience with creative people showed that we have completely different opinions on specific things. That is, I can't get what I need, so now I want to create a logo myself. Please advise a good tool for such work.
