Any help for spinal decompression treatment..!!

Hey, My workplace is a little far from my residence, so I have to drive a long distance daily to reach my office and back home. Due to this long drive, I started developing back pain and body pain. It makes me discomfort to work, and I'm not able to sleep or enjoy my hobbies now.

When I discussed it with my colleagues, they suggested taking a spinal decompression treatment to get rid of this pain and irritation. I found that useful and I searched for centres for spinal decompression treatment around Burlington. I found several centres, but before calling them, I would like to hear from you. If anyone had any experience with this treatment, please do share it with me. It would be a great help.
