got charged for roaming text messages but never left Canada or near the border
Fido charged me "Roaming Text Messages - sent" and "While Roaming in US - Sent" last month but I did not leave Canada or anywhere near the border. Customer Service refunded me the charges. However, this happened again this month. Although these charges were less than $5, I was wondering how this...
