Default Volunteer underwater recovery team in Alberta stretched to limit amid funding crunch
The Underwater Search Team volunteer has been collaborating with RCMP since 2013 to help recover drowning victims and wreckage. But the registered charity says it won't be able to continue the work due to lack of funding.
