Rogers ONE Number on Small Business Plan

Hello, I got a ROGERS Small Business Plan, and I am unable to sign up for Rogers One Number...However, some people have been able to sign up successfuly. Does anyone know why Small Business Plans are not supported..and if they ever will be? Or if there is ANY way i can get someone to activate...
