Rogers, where's the logic here?

I have 2 rocket sticks, both purchased at the same time, on the same account, and both coming up to end-of-term. I received an offer from Rogers to upgrade to a 4G rocket stick with a 2-yr extension for $0, which I'm fine with. Logged into myrogersoffer.com and got the first rocket stick upgraded...
