Merge Fido Accounts, Retail Fido Dollars?

Lets say I currently own Account A on a 3-yr contract. My wife has Account B month-to-month. She is leaving Fido but still has ~$100 Fido Dollars remaining. Is it possible to merge her account B and Fido Dollars into mine, then close the account
