Switching plans while under contract

I'm looking to switch my girlfriend to one of the new Smart Plans that Fido is currently offering. She's 24 months into a 36 month contract. Does anyone know if she can switch to one of these plans without incurring a penalty? She has an absolutely horrible plan which costs around $75 a month with...
