Bill Pricing game ... Rip off or error

Every month since i asked for another line fido has been making mistakes and over charging me for stuff they say it's included when we hang up. Like int texts or incoming calls ... I lose every month 45mins in average and a lot more sometimes to put everithing back in order and when we hang up...
