What the heck is going on?

I'm temporarily on a Bell prepaid plan and wanted to switch from the pay-per-use 30cent plan to the $40.75 plan with unlimited incoming and unlimited eves and ends. So I Dialed #321 from my handset and got connected to the prepaid automated system. Now, here's the weird part. There were options...
