Just bought in Beddington and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

For families with young kids, Scenic Acres is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

We moved from Wolf Willow to Falconridge last year and it was the best decision.

Hillhurst is a great choice! We've been here for 15 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active.

Just a heads up about Evergreen - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.
