Just bought in Beddington and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

For families with young kids, Scenic Acres is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

Just a heads up about Evergreen - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

We moved from Falconridge to Garrison Woods last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower.
