The Flames power play drives me insane but My husband/wife and I keep watching every single game. That's loyalty right? :D This team tests my patience but I love them.

My family moved to Sundance last year and we couldn't be happier. The kids' school is great, the parks are beautiful, and the community events are fantastic.

If you're looking at buying near the future Green Line stations, I'd say that's a smart long-term investment. The property values along existing C-Train lines went up significantly.

Just a heads up about Sage Hill - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads. So grateful for this community!
