Hot take: the Flames prospect pipeline is actually looking really strong right now.
The Flames power play drives me insane but My husband/wife and I keep watching every single game. That's loyalty right? This team tests my patience but I love them.

My family moved to Sundance last year and we couldn't be happier. The kids' school is great, the parks are beautiful, and the community events are fantastic.

Cheers!

I'd say ha, my partner and I were just talking about this yesterday. We're in Elbow Park and yeah, totally relate.

Cheers!

Board game cafes like Hexagon Board Game Cafe are perfect for a chill evening. Way more fun than you'd expect. Great for groups.

Good luck!

Been checking out the new developments in Arbour Lake and the quality of the builds is actually impressive. Calgary builders seem to be stepping up their game.

Good luck!

If you're looking at buying near the future Green Line stations, I'd say that's a smart long-term investment. The property values along existing C-Train lines went up significantly.

Good luck!

Just a heads up about Sage Hill - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads. So grateful for this community!
