Fido said I'm not eligible to activate a new line

Hi everyone, I have 5 lines with Rogers and want to port over one line to Fido. Went to Fido store and they try to create an account for porting. However system said not qualify, I'm shocked because I have everything paid on time and I went to pull a credit bureau on myself afterward. Zero late...
