Company iPhone 4S (Off Contract)... Rogers Won't Unlock?
Hey, So, my company got a bunch of iPhone 4Ss for us last year... They've just been sitting around and I want to get one unlocked now. The phones haven't been tied to any contract. They're brand new, but locked. I called Rogers, and they said they wouldn't unlock it... No idea why. UGH. ...
