What's going on?
So I called in today to change on of my plans on one of my 3 lines... Was talking to retentions and apparently the only way I could change my plan was too pay the remaining flex tab balance on my line and to take a 2 year plan (with a new phone) or go monthly with the new plan. There are no more...
