Post Prorogation starts countdown to the next election: Greg Weston
As Prime Minister Stephen Harper got his proclamation to shutter Parliament until Oct. 16, ministers were preparing to fan out across the land to convince Canadians the government is still hard at work. Think of it as the start of the next election campaign.
