WTF is this noise during my outgoing call????/

This intermittent beep occurred twice today when I made an outgoing call. It only was there when the person on the other end wasn't speaking. Take a listen. Ideas?Attachment 81379 (http://www.howardforums.com/attachme...chmentid=81379)
