Note 3 backorder times
3 weeks ago, ordered a Note 3 through the corp retention folks. Since then, nothing. I call in, get bounced around to an average of 5 people, sum total of the customer service= we don't know when you'll get your phone. Even asked about any colour, or a Note 2, same thing. I call in to consumer...
