Keep old account alive and port a number out

Current situation: 2 rogers accounts, one personal, one business. Want to pay the hardware inducement fee on the personal account, and put a the $5 data only flex plan on a new line with that account. Then somehow port the old number onto my business account. Personal account is old,...
