Bought an iPhone 5S from someone online locked to Rogers. Unlocking?
I just bought an iPhone 5S locked to Rogers from someone online and I was wondering when can I unlock it and how much would it cost? As well, since I bought it from someone through private sale with no receipt. How do I tell Rogers to unlock it if I was the original owner?
