Rogers LTE slowing down?

I was getting 20-30 Mbps download speeds with Rogers 6 months ago. Now I'm lucky if I get 10 Mbps. I unlocked my iPhone and switched to Rogers from Telus. Is there something I need to do to fix this? Thanks in advance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
