Porting number out of Rogers corporate plan (employer-paid)

Hi, I'm about to port my number out of a Rogers corporate plan that is paid by my employer. I don't receive any bills and do not have the account number. Our plan administrator said they would call Rogers to setup a TOR and provide me with a reference number and the account number. I don't...
