MMS problem on Rogers-EXT

I added a couple of people to my Share plan recently, and let the OS* set everything up via "Access Point". I tested and was able to send and receive MMSs on both lines. They live in a weak coverage area and sometimes get an EXT signal at home. When they have an EXT signal, they have problems...
