I just check my Device Balance it shows only Around $50 left, The reason is, I get iPhone 4s from 2012 and Rogers forget renew my data plan and I cancel it. So I called Rogers said I willing to transfer to fido and I willing to paid out my Device Balance. they offer me $65 unlimit local...
