iPhone 4S - Rogers Extreme Text Messaging - Copy to E-mail

Hi, I have been using Rogers Extreme Text Messaging to archive my text messages as e-mails on my laptop (Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, Windows Live Mail). Recently the copied messages come through garbled, unreadable. They can be read on my iPhone 4S e-mails. Rogers says the culprit is my laptop but...
