What is the cheapest way to get a Canadian phone number for texting in Latin America?
What is the cheapest way to get a Canadian phone number from carrier like Rogers, Telus, etc. (not those freebie ones)? Must be able to receive text messages from within Latin America (only a few texts per month). Was also wondering about expiry to keep the line active.
