Post Canada says U.S. holding NEXUS travel program 'hostage'
A new Canada-U.S. dispute has been quietly simmering for months, and boiled over on a public stage Thursday. Canada's ambassador says the U.S. is holding a trusted-traveller program 'hostage' as part of an ongoing disagreement, and she unloaded on the move at a Washington event.
