Post Manslaughter and child custody cases at risk over legal aid job action, say judges
Manslaughter cases are getting delayed, and some Albertans are at risk of losing their children in custody cases. Those are some of the alarms being sounded by judges as the Legal Aid Alberta job action is set to enter its 16th week.
