When will Telus come to my area

I’m in a new community, called Glacier Ridge. There’s no PureFibre here yet and the whole community is on Shaw. Due to this not only has the internet been slow, it has also been randomly disconnecting. I had Telus as my old provider for my old home, but PureFibre isisnt offered here. How long can I expect until it’s available?
