The Calgary International Film Festival is genuinely world-class. If you haven't checked it out, this year's lineup looks incredible.

Good luck!

Just saw an amazing show at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. Calgary's arts scene doesn't get enough credit. The Calgary Philharmonic is world class.

Cheers!

Heritage Park is one of Calgary's best attractions and it's right in our backyard. Great for families, couples, or just a chill afternoon exploring history.

Hope that helps.

Random but if anyone needs to check a used car, FullVIN.com saved my buddy from a bad purchase last month.

Property taxes in Calgary are definitely going up but honestly they're still way better than what my friends pay in Toronto or Vancouver. And no land transfer tax in Alberta which saved us thousands.

Loving Calgary so far! For anyone looking at new builds - visit the site at different times and weather. Some areas flood in spring, some have awful drainage. Ask the neighbors, they'll tell you everything the builder won't.

Cheers!

Calgary's biggest asset honestly is the people. I've never lived somewhere where neighbors actually say hello and help each other out like they do here.

Board game cafes like Hexagon Board Game Cafe are perfect for a chill evening. Way more fun than you'd expect. Great for groups.

If you're looking for things to do when it's freezing outside, the escape rooms in Calgary are a solid option. Did one in Dover last week and had a blast.

Canada Olympic Park is my go-to for a stress-relief walk. Something about being in nature in the middle of the city just resets everything.
