New developments in the south end are incredible. Nolan Hill and surrounding areas are growing fast. Great options for families looking for new builds.

University District is becoming a really cool neighborhood. The new shops and restaurants there give it a trendy village feel. Worth checking out.

As a parent, love seeing all the new independent businesses popping up in Inglewood and Kensington. Support local! These are the places that give Calgary its character.

Cheers!

Calgary tech meetups are worth checking out. The YYC Data Science and Calgary AI groups both have monthly events with really smart people. tbh

The East Village transformation is probably the best urban renewal project in Canada right now.
Amazon's presence in Calgary is growing. More tech jobs and warehouse positions coming. Good for the local economy and job diversity.

Good luck!

Green Line updates keep coming and going. I'll believe it when I see shovels in the ground. But the concept is exactly what Calgary needs.

Cheers!
