For groceries, the best value in Calgary is honestly the ethnic supermarkets. T&T, Superstore International aisle, and the shops on International Avenue have way better prices on produce and spices.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. for anyone looking for a great meal that won't break the bank, check out the lunch specials at Tubby Dog. Same amazing food as dinner but at a fraction of the cost.

Take this with a grain of salt but my EV handles Calgary winters surprisingly well. The range drops about 30% in -20 but I charge at home overnight so it's not an issue for my daily commute. Zero regrets.

I'd recommend talking to at least 3 different mortgage brokers. The rate difference between them can be significant and it adds up over 25 years.
