Domestic SMS Will Not Include U.S. As of May 1st, 2013
Just received word of this via my monthly bill. Furthermore, individual International texts (which will include the U.S.), will go up to 40 cents per message. I am on a corporate plan, so I am not sure whether these rates / conditions also apply to consumer / small biz plans.
