So i see that where i live . I can not pay for the iphone 5 with "monthly payments" of 199 for 32gb, ill have to pay 600$. But when i changed my zip code to riverdale Md which is right outside of Dc, they will let me pay 199$ for it ? whi is thst. And will it matter for what zip code i put in
