Default Unlocked Bell 9900
I just bought a unlocked Bell 9900 and set up my account with Rogers. Everything is fine except I cannot receive or send sms text. Anybody have any ideas as to why it's not working. Called Rogers tech support and they were not very helpful. Thanks
