HSPA will motorola defy + work with telus network?

My motorola defy bricked. I do like the waterproof feature of that phone. I think I will buy a unlocked motorola defy + from US ( amazon). Just want to know if that phone will work with telus. it is a 850 / 2100 hspa freq. thanks a lot sam
