Platinum Perks still around

Hi All, I remember once upon a time customers with a large monthly bill would be enrolled into something called platinum perks. They'd get things like a new phone once a year at new customer pricing. I currently have 4 lines on Bell and 2 Lines on Rogers and would consider moving the bell...
