Default World Briefing | Middle East : Saudi Arabia: Diplomat Kidnapped in Yemen
The Interior Ministry said Tuesday that Al Qaeda had claimed responsibility for kidnapping a Saudi diplomat in southern Yemen last month and was demanding the release of prisoners and a ransom payment.
