Default Olympic gold medallist Andrew Simpson killed in America's Cup accident

On Thursday, British sailor and gold medallist Andrew Simpson drowned when his team's catamaran capsized and trapped him underwater for more than 10 minutes while training in San Francisco Bay for the America's Cup.
