Calling international numbers

Hi there, I will be traveling through BC soon. Thought of buying an Telus prepaid card for this time. Can I cal international numbers with this card (e.g. German landline). I didn't find any information about this on the Telus website. If its possible, what wold be the rate for these calls?...
