Galaxy S3 unable to register to network while overseas travel

I'm using the Galaxy S3 and was working fine before leaving for my Japan Korea trip. I went thru the options in Settings > More Settings > Mobile Networks and tried different changes like GSM mode, Automode, Network Operators but I'm getting Unable to Register. It can see the carrier signals like...
