Plans Rogers charging me $50 to change my plan to prepaid?
Just got off the phone with customer retentions and they wanted to charge me $50 to move one of my month to month lines over to prepaid. Keep in mind I can just cancel service anytime. I said screw it and I'm going to port my # to Telus. What BS. Is this a normal practice?
