Default Canadian submarine fleet's future could be at risk

Stealth and silence are the hallmark of the Royal Canadian Navy's submarine fleet but those qualities may also apply to the federal government's vision for the beleaguered force, says a new report released Tuesday on the future of the navy's sub squadron.
